• Gardenland will email you a prepaid label, use this label on a USPS Small Flat Rate Box.
• You will print the shipping label, get a USPS Flat Rate Small Box, fill up the box with as many chains as you can fit into the box (max of 10), and then you will mail the box to Gardenland.
• Gardenland will send you an email confirmation when we receive your chains.
• Our factory-trained technicians will sharpen and will ship your sharpened chains back to you.
• DISCLAIMER: You must use the USPS Small Flat Rate Box. If the correct box is not used, there will be an additional charge, the customer will have to pay this charge before we send their chains back.
