The City of Saratoga will only allow leaf blowers rated at 65 decibels or less.

• The City of Saratoga’s leaf blower noise ordinance requires the usage of a leaf blower with a maximum 65-decibel noise rating. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring compliance on their property, regardless of who is using the leaf blower, and may be subject to penalties and fines for violations.
• Leaf blowers may be used Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Leaf blowers may not be used on Sundays.
